Three FABulous startups, Cr3do, Tripodmaker and Hop Ubiquitous presented their projects at Net Futures, the annual conference of the Future Internet community.
The session Boosting Entrepreneurship through R&I allowed everyone to get a good idea of what is FIWARE and the way the startups use it in their businesses. Two FABulous Belgian startups, Cr3do represented by Wouter Vandenneucker and Tripodmaker represented by Pieter- Jan Vandendriessche, showed “live” their projects and described the impact of using FIWARE in their business.
In the meantime, Antonio Jara from Hop Ubiquitous presented its project Glue and Blue during the Interoperability, Benchmarking & Experimentation session.
This year, Net Futures focused on Future Internet in its broad sense, including policy aspects, looking into current technological achievements and the challenges of a next generation internet. The event was a great success for all the representatives of the policy makers, R&I, SMEs and startups communities.
